Please ensure you check the spelling and accuracy of any Personalised Products on screen before you place your order as you will not be entitled to a refund in respect of any Personalised Products which contain a misspelling that you are responsible for and which you fail to amend at the time of order.
We aim to dispatch Personalised Goods within 2-5 working days (Mon to Fri except for Bank Holidays) although this may increase around peak holiday periods

For some personalised Ceramic goods due to the Manufacturing Process please allow up to 10 working days for the dispatch of your order.
You may receive your order in split consignments, depending on the contents of your order.
Although we endeavour to dispatch all orders by the above lead times, these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Item’s advertised as FREE Postage are dispatched by Standard 2nd Class Post, If any additional items are added to your shopping cart that is not displaying a Free Delivery Icon then postage charges will apply to your order.
Orders received after 11:59 will be treated as being received the following day.

Non Delivered Goods
If you do not receive an item then we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item.
We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
If you opt to have your delivery left in a safe place by any of our carriers. unfortunately, Plush Barn does not accept responsibility for missing items once they have been delivered.
Please Note: Refunds will not be given against missing parcels, in all events we will issue an immediate reprint of your order.

Plush Barn offers a discrete delivery service, which means we can ship either to you, your work or direct to the gift recipient, as we provide no paper documents inside the packaging you don’t have to worry about price tags.
